Overview: UK Counselling Services may collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the (such as by posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests, or giveaways) or otherwise when you contact us.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. Overview: UK Counselling Services may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in various places. 6. HOW LONG DO UK Counselling Services KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
Overview: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age but this may occur without our knowledge.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the website, it may be reasonably expected that, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the website or shop. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
10. WITH RESPECT TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WE ARE HAPPY TO INCLUDE THIS SECTION WITHIN OUR NOTICES - DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Overview: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
Please be aware that other than reviews left on UK Counselling Services review section no personal data will be displayed on our website and is covered under other section of this notice. It is expected that the leaving of a review will give express permission to use any name left as part of that review. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with UK Counselling Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on our website. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on any part of our website, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).
